1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

  • Orders may be verified via phone or WhatsApp for Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Once confirmed, orders are automatically forwarded to our fulfillment partners for packing and dispatch.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to:

  • 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia
  • 🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates

We aim to expand to more GCC countries soon.

 

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Saudi Arabia: 1–3 business days
  • UAE: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customer location (remote areas may take longer)
  • Weather conditions or courier delays
  • Public holidays or peak seasons

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Typical delivery charges:

  • Saudi Arabia: Starting from SAR 28–30
  • UAE: Starting from AED 18–20

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Remote areas
  • Oversized or special products

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience.

  • Please ensure availability to receive the order.
  • Orders may be confirmed via call before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability:
    • The order may be cancelled
    • Future COD orders may be restricted

8. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for fast delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Courier/logistics disruptions
  • Customs or operational issues (rare cases)

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Faryal M@rt is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
  • Real-time tracking is available through courier partners.
  • Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

🔁 Refund & Return Policy – Faryal M@rt

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused and in original packaging

📌 We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Refusal at delivery (for valid orders)
  • Minor color/size variation due to display differences

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review within 24 hours

If approved:

  • We will arrange pickup OR provide instructions

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Item is out of stock after order
  • Return request is approved
  • Product cannot be replaced

💰 Refund method:

  • Bank transfer (for prepaid orders)
  • Store credit (optional)

⏳ Processing time: 3–7 business days


4. Replacement Policy

We prefer replacement over refund when possible.

  • Replacement delivery: 1–3 days (KSA/UAE)
  • No extra charges for defective/damaged items

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds are not applicable for refused deliveries
  • Customers must accept the order first to request a return

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible:

  • Personal care items
  • Opened/used products
  • Items damaged by misuse

7. Return Shipping

  • Free if item is defective or wrong
  • Customer pays if return reason is invalid
